Refund Policy

Rozi’s Place understands that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the sustainability of the retreat.

• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival may be eligible for a refund or date change, subject to agreement.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are generally non-refundable.

• In certain circumstances, bookings may be transferred to a future date at the discretion of Rozi’s Place.
   

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed using the original payment method.
 

We encourage guests to contact us as soon as possible if plans change so that we can discuss available options.
